Letter following the Friargate open day

29th July 2009

Proposed Friargate development, Coventry city centre

We are writing to you following the Friargate Open Day, which was held on Thursday 16th July. The event was very well attended and we have received a lot of comments and feedback from local people. We are now working through all the comments to help to shape the masterplan proposals that we will be submitting as an outline planning application to Coventry City Council in August.

We are aware that you were unable to attend the Open Day, however, you may have already let us have your feedback and comments by filling out the form on line at www.friargatecoventry.co.uk/comments-questions. We are currently in the process of producing a Frequently Asked Questions document that will address the majority of questions and comments raised. This will be sent out to all those that have submitted feedback forms and/or attended the Open Day. The Frequently Asked Questions document will also be distributed to occupiers within the immediate area. We are aiming to distribute the Frequently Asked Questions document during mid August 2009.

In the meantime, if you would like to know any information that is not detailed on the development website www.friargatecoventry.co.uk, please submit your request via a feedback form, so that your question can be reviewed by the development team and responded to via the Frequently Asked Questions document.

Yours sincerely,

Charlotte Crossley
On behalf of the Friargate Coventry team
