What is the timeline?

Friargate Coventry LLP is working in partnership with Coventry City Council on this strategic regeneration project, which remains on programme for a development start in late 2012/2013, to be phased over 15 years.

Outlining planning consent for the revised masterplan - developed as a result of consultation with the Residents' Liaison Group and an extensive traffic management survey - was granted in July 2011.

The development team is now working up more detailed proposals for the first phase of the development and the public realm.
